Marina Tower 52

Currently under construction, this mixed use tower encompasses 17,290m² and is located at the South entrance to the Marina District.

The tower is strategically positioned at the corner of Marina District providing fabulous views of Doha and is accessed by Lusail Expressway and University Highway while an LRT station is planned on the north side of the project in the adjacent plot.
The core of the tower, simple and minimalist in its shape is enveloped by the colorful glass facade constructed as the contemporary interpretation of the Arabic traditional pattern.

This mixed use tower is comprised of 1,221m² of retail and 15,246m² office spaces. The project obtained a 3 star GSAS approval whereby an additional 5% of floor area ratio was constructed resulting in the increase of leasable area.
